How do I download music tracks from SellBuyMusic?
After signing up as a SellBuyMusic member, you can download our music by purchasing a voucher. To purchase a voucher, Click “Pricing” at the top of the homepage
I clicked the purchase button, but nothing happened. What do I do?
The payment window does not appear if the pop-up blocker function is active in your mobile browser or PC browser. Please unlock the pop-up blocker function and try again.
Does the subscription plan cover enterprise usage?
If you are a freelancer or a company with less than 30 people, you have to purchase a ‘Commercial’ subscription. If you are using as a company with more than 30 people, in Public Institution, or Local Governments, you can use our music after making a separate contract. Can I make YouTube revenue by using SellBuyMusic tracks?
Yes, you can. Our tracks are music that are 100% free from copyright problems by making contracts with the producers in person. That is why you can monetize your video without worrying about copyright if you use SellBuyMusic.
I received a notice from YouTube that the tracks downloaded from SellBuyMusic belong to a third party. What do I do?
All contents from our company are 100% copyright clear. However, YouTube algorithm might recognize our track as another song and automatically make a copyright infringement claim. This problem often occurs to any royalty-free music contents. In this case, the most effective way to get rid of the claim is to submit an objection to YouTube, with screenshot of payment and download history. Although this might happen because of random error, you can reduce the odds by leaving a song credit on “video details”. We highly recommend you to leave song credits Please also note that revenue made during the copyright infringement claim may be pended for then, but it will be included to your channel revenue afterwards when the claim is retrieved.
What are SAFECODEs and how can I use them?
If you are outsourcing the videos, videos can be uploaded on the clients’ channels without registering channel links by copying the SAFE CODE and pasting it into video details. If you have bought a commercial plan, you can copy the codes form My page → Downloads . If you used multiple tracks in one video, your video details must include ALL SAFECODES of the tracks used.

I am running multiple channels. How can I use tracks on multiple channels?
If you are a ‘personal’ user running multiple channels, you can use our music on multiple channels by purchasing more than one vouchers. Please note that if you purchase another voucher while you are using one already, previous one does not be automatically cancelled. In order to terminate previous subscription, visit “My Page” -> “Payment History” Section.
When music is once downloaded, can I license it for life?
Only videos uploaded (published) during the subscription period can be monetized permanently. After the subscription ends you cannot use downloaded tracks even though you downloaded them during the subscription period. For single track purchase (purchase by song), video using the track must be uploaded (published) within 30 days on YouTube, and cannot be used for new video after the period ends. Videos published within 30 days after purchase can be monetized permanently.
Can I edit the source for use?
Simple editing of the downloaded sound source (crop, vocal cover, instrument addition, remix, etc.) are available. However, using the sources for following purposes is prohibited in any case. ㆍ P2P uploading, providing and resale to others ㆍ Provided to third parties If you want to release/distribute song using our sound sources, please contact email@example.com. You can check the usage limit by clicking "Show License" button from the "PRICING" page.
Can I download the same track multiple times?
You can check your tracks in 'My Page> Download'. Tracks downloaded with a monthly subscription voucher can be re-downloaded within one year from the first download date, only if you still have a valid subscription at that point. If you have purchased one song(purchase by song), you can re-download the track within 30 days from purchase, regardless of the subscription status.
I have purchased with “Purchase by track” option from “pricing” page. How can I download tracks?
Find the track you want to use, and click “download” button(Icon with a square and an arrow). Voucher you purchased will be automatically used by downloading a track.
I’ve purchased by track. Can I use downloaded sources for life?
Purchased track should be used only within 30 days from download. If you upload a video using the track after this period, you might receive a copyright claim from YouTube. Videos uploaded within 30 days can be monetized permanently.
My annual subscription period has ended. Until when can I use downloaded sources?
You can use downloaded sources until 30 days after the subscription ended. Just like “by track” option, you might receive a copyright claim from YouTube if you upload a video using downloaded tracks. Videos uploaded until after 30 days from the subscription period, can be monetized permanently.
Range of Usage
Does the music subscription cover everything?
No, our tracks have a limited range of use depending on the purchased pass. If you want to use in occasions other than the basic range of use (all SNS and YouTube channels, live broadcasting, etc.), you have to purchase a voucher from 'Commercial' tab. When purchasing each song, you can only use it for the purpose you selected at the time of purchase. If you want to use it in a company or public institution with more than 30 people, please contact us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. I am subscribing an “yearly commercial plan”. Can I change the YouTube channel I have already registered into another channel?
If you are subscribing an yearly commercial plan, you can delete or edit YouTube URL yourself on “My Page” Go to “My Page” → “Payment History”, and click the name of voucher you are now subscribing. You can register and edit YouTube channel as many times as you want, within 5 channels at once.
I deleted a channel registered on “yearly commercial plan” and then registered another channel. What happens to videos on the previous channel?
If the videos were uploaded before the channel URL was deleted from “My Page”, those videos can be monetized permanently.
I am using an yearly commercial plan, and running more than 5 channels. How can I use the tracks on more than 5 channels?
You can register up to 5 channels at once per one voucher. You can delete/edit channel URL freely during the subscription period. In order to use tracks on more than 5 channels at once, however, you have to purchase another voucher and register more channels. How can I cancel subscription?
You can unsubscribe only on PC web. Go to “My Page” → “Payment History”, and click the title of subscription you want to unsubscribe. Then click on “Unsubscribe” button. If you click on Unsubscribe, automatic payment of the following month will be cancelled. You can use the service until the following payment date.
I want to get a refund. Is it possible?
If you have purchased single track, refund is not available. Otherwise, you can get a refund only after cancelling subscription. Refund is available within 7 days from the date of payment and only if there is no history of using paid service. If you apply for cancellation after 7 days from the payment date or if a refund is not possible for other reasons, automatic payment will end from the following payment date, and you can use the service until the next payment date. I can’t download tracks through iPhone, why?
※ Due to iPhone policy, video and sound files cannot be downloaded when accessed through Chrome, Naver App, Facebook, or KakaoTalk App. You can download mp3 files by accessing the iPhone built-in application 'Safari'. You can check downloaded tracks by clicking 'Recent Items' in 'File' of the iPhone's built-in application. If you have any other download-related problems, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the screen shot image attached, and we will solve it as soon as possible.
How can I sign out from website?
In order to withdraw your account from website, there should be no active subscription in use. Please unsubscribe first before withdrawing account. After unsubscribing, contact us via email (email@example.com) including your account ID, and the reason you are withdrawing. We will take your opinion and improve our further service.
